What We Do
Independent Living
Clover Living Center is a unique concept in lifestyle for the elderly which encourages independence in an environment of support and security. The Living Center has been in operation since 1981 and consists of independent and residential care apartments.
Clover Living Center services include 24 hour emergency nursing services under supervision of licensed nurses.
Assisted Living / Residential Care
In addition to a wide range of apartment floor plans, the Living Center also features its own nurse's stations, an elegant community living room, and two dining rooms. A laundry facility, beauty shop, recreation room, and outdoor walkways, and patio gardens are also located on the Clover campus.
Clover Residential Care Apartments are designed for individuals requiring boarding home level care/Assisted Living. These apartments offer the following services:
In-house, hand held beeper
Access to 24-hour nursing/CNA services
Laundry/Linen Services
Housekeeping
Three meals plus snacks
Medication supervision & administration
Transportation to medical appointments
Activities
Assistance with personal care (baths, bed making/changing)
Alzheimer's Assisted Living
Specialized activities and programs allow ample opportunity for group participation, socialization and self-expression.
Nursing Care
Clover Manor is our nursing center which delivers skilled, intermediate, late stage Alzheimer's care and comfort care to all resident in a private or semi-private setting.
Residents are provided with a full range of recuperative and palliative care services to meet their individual needs.
Our skilled unit is licensed for twenty-three beds. Medicare and many private insurances will reimburse for skilled level of care.
