 House Manager Full Time / SECOND SHIFT AUGUSTA
Attention MHRT-C's! This SECOND SHIFT   manager position of a residential home is for you!
MH-CSC-.Supervises and coordinates a community based supported living team for people with severe and persistent mental illness who may require up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week support to live in the community of their choosing.

This position has a $3 pay differential to compensate for managing services at multiple programs in Augusta. Local travel required on this 2ND SHIFT. 

Service team Supervision Assist with client communication, manager communIcation, staff and clinical communication as it relates to the needs of the program and it's clients.Assists the SLSAM in Monitoring tracking notes, contact notes and other records; providing direction to staff to maintain quality and assure compliance with licensing, funding standards, agency policy and completeness of record-keeping and reporting requirements; team leader, manager, supervisor Assist the Area  Manager in the on-going training of staff and the orientation of new employees; and in the evaluation of staff in order to assure effective operations; as well as screening, interviewing and recommending of the hiring of new employees to maintain an adequate and qualified staff;Treatment Team meetings;The MH-CSC ensures that individualized recovery-focused rehabilitation supported living service plans of care follow Motivational Services, Inc.,DHHS and MaineCare values, regulations, protocols and guidelines; The MH-CSC ensures that client records are maintained in accordance with Motivational Services, Inc., DHHS and MaineCare regulations and standards; The MH-CSC ensures recovery-focus rehabilitation practices and supports for clients' access to opportunities for independence and self-determination by performance of the duties described above;Assist the Clinical Supervisor in monitoring and evaluating the delivery of services to each client to assure their effectiveness; review client records on a regular basis for compliance with quality standards as directed by the Director of Quality Management;

Job Requirements
Motivated individual with team focus and able to work with independence. Valid Maine Driver's License, demonstrated proficiency with email use, data entry computer skills, accounting skills as related to budget management and time keeping/tracking, time management and organizational skills.
Able to carry out duties of a direct care employee on occasion.
Education Requirements
Bachelors level degree in a human services related field and two years experience working with individuals diagnosed with (severe persistent mental illness) SPMI; or an Associates level degree in a human services and four years experience working with individuals diagnosed with SPMI. Supervisory experience preferred.Equivalent work experience may be substituted for educational requirements. Position requires excellent organizational and documentation skills.A valid Maine driver's license required. Expertise with PC is essential.Knowledge of principles of PSR and other cognitive-behavioral interventions with special client populations highly desirable. Minimum of Provisional MHRT/C.MHSS (MHRTI), MHRT/C, Valid Maine drivers license/reliable transportation Must maintain current certifications
