Seeking experienced, professional, highly results-orientated MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICERS to service the market in the greater Bangor area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
§Provides customer service and sales of mortgage and home equity products.
§Examines, evaluates, and recommends for approval/declination customer applications for mortgage/consumer loans.
§Cross-sells all bank products and services, and refers to other lines of business as appropriate.
§Participates in community outreach activities.
§Responsible for actively developing and maintaining relationships with local real estate and financial professionals for the purpose of developing leads.
§May act as a resource in the branch and market for loan related matters.
§May participate in cross-training efforts as they pertain to retail lending.

§3-5 years experience in banking or financial industry with emphasis on mortgage/consumer lending.
§Secondary market knowledge.
