We are seeking a professional, outgoing, customer service oriented administrative professional for the position of Client Services Assistant in our Brunswick location.
SUMMARY:Works directly with in-house representatives assisting with the administration and processing of business and client services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
§Assist reps with day-to-day business processing, trading, correspondence, and project management
§Provide technical support to reps including gathering client data and financial documents
§Work directly with clients for administrative support
§Produce financial plans with information received from client and rep, using appropriate software
§Generate reports with appropriate software
§Meet with the clients as needed to assist reps, to answer administrative questions or fill out necessary forms, documents or any other necessary paperwork

Job Requirements
§Work well independently and closely with reps
§Strong customer service skills
§Ability to perform tasks that are routine and clerical in nature
§Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
§Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel(PowerPoint skill helpful)
§Excellent mathematical skills.
§Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
§Work unsupervised and be able to differentiate between matters that should be handled alone versus seeking assistance from rep
§Be FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensed within 6 months of employment
§Willingness to travel to clients, for training, and client events as needed
§Ability to work at computer for long periods of time.
Education Requirements
§Associates degree in a related field and/or relevant work experience.
§Series 6 and 63 license or willingness to attain license.
