Seeking professional, outgoing and results-oriented team player for the position of Licensed Securities Representative in our Falmouth, Lewiston and/or Bangor locations.
POSITION SUMMARY: It shall be the responsibility of each advisor within the investment division to embrace and understand the mission of the organization and to take care to deliver advice that is consistent with the individual and/or business goals of the client.
All actions and/or product recommendations shall be based upon an evaluation as to whether or not said action or purchase is suitable and/or prudent.
Care shall be taken to attempt to identify all of the client’s needs and to deliver as many of the Company’s products and services as possible, thereby enhancing the long term relationship.
Minimum Requirement includes gross production of $150,000.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Maintain all required licenses
·Work in concert with Commonwealth Compliance and other support staff as well as the management of Northeast Financial Services and Northeast Bank to promote and adhere to sound business practices and routine compliance with all securities laws
·Establish personal budget goals and seek to continually improve results and overall commission or fee production
·Look for all opportunities to cross sell and/or refer other Company products and services
·Report all sales and/or referrals in a timely manner
·Successfully pass technical and regulatory examinations required by the Company
Basic understanding of the financial services industry
Acquisition of all required licenses per Securities Law and Commonwealth Compliance Division
Strong oral and written communications skills
Strong attention to detail
Proven sales skills
Proven client service skill
Basic computer skills
Education Requirements
High School Diploma. College Degree preferred
Series 7, 63, 66 licenses required
Life and Health licenses required
