As Assistant Cook, you will help assure
delicious and nutritious meals are served to campers and staff at camp.
1.Assists Head Cook in development and implementation, of balanced, nutritional menus.Prepares all meals in a timely fashion.
2.Assists Head Cook to maintain a safe, clean kitchen and assures that all equipment is in proper working
3.Assists with inventory of food and supplies and places orders when
necessary.Limits amount of waste.

and experience necessary to perform the job duties.Knowledge of ACA and State of Maine standards in
regard to food service is a plus.
