for the administration, management, support and implementation of Credit Union
computer networks, desktop functions, computer hardware, software, and
telecommunication systems.The IS
Administrator will ensure the information systems support and align with the Credit
Union’s strategic and organizational initiatives and goals.This individual will provide strategic
planning ideas; stay abreast of new technologies and how they may be utilized
by the Credit Union; and carry out the direction of the IT Steering Committee.This individual will work with departments to
understand their needs and implement highly efficient and effective systems
with their feedback.The IS
Administrator is responsible for oversight of the IS Department, including
being a coach and mentor to the team.

A college degree with 5-10 years of related experience is desired. Successful applicants must have in-depth understanding of information systems, specifically extensive experience with the administration and management of LAN, WAN, email, multi-layer network security, virtual server environment, and telecommunication VOIP. Experience with log monitoring software is also desired.
Extensive experience with Microsoft server products and knowledge of network design and operation is required.
Extensive experience with personal computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office and other programs in use by the Credit Union is required.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, good business judgment and high initiative are required.
Strong skills in leadership, project planning and management, written and verbal communications, fostering teamwork, and time management are required. We desire someone that is innovative and progressive in their ideas for the future and passionate about being part of a team.
Collaborative and inclusive style of management and the ability to motivate and influence others through diplomacy, trust and inspiration is necessary, as is a member-centric philosophy and a passion for delivering excellent service.
