SMART's HCT Program is growing and we have an opening for an HCT Clinician in the Windham area.
Home and Community Based Treatment (HCT) is a therapeutic service that consists of a Master’s level clinician and a Bachelor’s level Behavioral Health Professional. The clinical team will meet in the family’s home to identify and address behavioral concerns, developmental delays, safety concerns, and provide therapeutic support and diagnosis. The clinical team strives to assist the child and family in obtaining a higher level of functioning. Children ages 2 years to 18 years who receive MaineCare services are eligible for this service.
We have an employment opportunity to work out of the Windham office providing HCT and Outpatient mental health services.
Our Clinician's receive individual and group clinical supervision, internal trainings toward CEU's for licensure, flexible scheduling, hourly payment for travel as well as mileage reimbursement, hourly pay for documentation, supervision and administrative time.
The ideal candidate will share the desire to improve the lives of families. Travel is required for the HCT component although we will work to have your cases within a 30 minute radius.

Windham office is located off of Route 115 and service area is generally within 30 mile radius.
Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, have a strong understanding of ethical practice, and enjoy working with children and families. Experience working with children and families is preferred, HCT experience is a plus, but not required! MH licensure is required (LMSW-CC, LCSW) Experience with APS is a plus but not required.
Must have a valid driving license, reliable transportation and be willing to travel. MILEAGE IS REIMBURSABLE, as is the ADMIN time when you are driving and completing documentation. Excellent office environment to work in as well to do your OPMH part of the job.
Masters in Social Work. Must have either a conditional LMSW-CC or, independent licensed clincians (LCSW). LCPC/ (cc) is also an accepted licensure. LMFT also accepted.
