Primary responsibilities included lethality assessments of individuals in crisis for purpose of referral for in-patient services, community support services or other follow-up through telephone or face-to-face consultation.  Priority need for Nights/Weekends!

Job Requirements

Duties require minimum of an Associates degree, relevant crisis experience in related human services field, and valid driver's license. MHRT-CSP training provided on-site. Knowledge of crisis intervention services to children and adults, including the ability to assess, intervene, determine appropriate disposition and actively pursue follow-up services. Computer proficiency required.

 

Bachelor's/Master's degree and clinical licensure (LMSW-C, LCPC-C, or ANS) preferred, but not required.
