 Seeking a detail oriented, efficient and organized professional for the position of Client Specialist II in our Portland Branch.
    POSITION SUMMARY:  Directly responsible for the delivery of customer service within a branch location.  



  • Provide high quality service to every customer contact
  • Adhere to procedures set forth within the CSR and Teller Manuals
  • Handle basic customer account inquiries
  • Open new accounts as requested
  • Actively participating in all branch sales, marketing, and promotional campaigns, including cross-sales of all Bank products and services
  • Collect all fee income as outline in the current Fee Schedule
  • Accept and process customer transactions
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Bank's products and services
  • Deliver Consumer Lending solutions by taking applications, processing and closing loans
  • May participate in cross training efforts as they pertain to mortgage lending (once trained, obtain the required NMLS registration)
  • Understand, adhere to, and be able to explain regulations, bank policies and procedures as they relate to the teller area and its functions
  • Maintain all bank information with the highest level of customer confidentiality
  • Follow all established bank security procedures as outlined in the Bank Security Program
  • Adhere to established branch standards
  • Coordinate the ordering and shipping of currency
  • Prepare routine correspondence related to customer needs
  • Maintain vault cash levels
  • Successfully pass technical and regulatory examinations required by the Company
