Seeking a detail oriented, efficient and organized professional for the position of Senior Client Specialist in our Buckfield Branch.
POSITION SUMMARY: Directly responsible for the delivery of customer services by recognizing and meeting all customer needs. Professionally manages client relationships and assists with branch operations responsibilities.
Greet customers, complete needs assessment and recommend solutions as appropriate
Recommend, explain, and open new customer accounts
Cross-sell appropriate products and services
Handle customer inquiries and concerns by advising and problem solving, while seeking assistance on more complex programs, products, and issues
Assists in the development and execution of branch deposit growth programs
Conduct consumer loan interviews and assist in the completion of loan applications, closing and packaging consumer loans, responding to customers loan-related questions
Work with Manager/Branch Manager to increase the consumer loan base in accordance with established goals
Become proficient in Home Equity Lending procedures, particularly interviewing and applications, processing and closing
Follow up all customer requests and questions in a timely manner
Perform teller functions and provide teller coverage, as needed
Successfully pass technical and regulatory examinations required by the Company
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Keyboarding and computer skills
Knowledge of Bank products and services preferred, including
consumer loan products
2-4 years’ customer service experience
3-4 years’ teller experience
