JOB PURPOSE: To oversee & coordinate the day operations of a Big Apple Store and its personnel, ensuring that customers are served in the safest and most efficient manner possible.Customer Satisfaction is our #1 JOB.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Customer Relations, including complaint resolution, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Management of store employees, including hiring, training, discipline, and terminating.
  • Implementation of company policies, regulations and sales programs.
  • Store appearance and minor maintenance.
  • Development of and ongoing involvement in store's Profit Planning/Budget process.
  • Effective processing of daily paperwork, including store inventory control and supplies.
  • Performing every duty in a safe manner.
