Assists Head Cook in meal and catering preparations
High school diploma or equivalent.
Culinary Degree preferred
Previous food service experience, food preparation and sanitation.
Good cooking skills.
Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
Must have good math and record keeping skills.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Able to work cooperatively and communicate well with others.
Able to assume responsibility and work with minimum supervision
