Works as part of a family treatment team; interviews clients & assesses needs; coordinates with community services; teaches daily life skills, provides supportive counseling, crisis intervention, verbal de-escalation, or physical intervention.
Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, working toward a degree in human services or related field. This position will convert into a Community Support Worker position once the employee has obtain a Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field of study. Degree must be achieved within two years of employment.
