Seasonal Customer Service Reps
for Downtown Portland Organization
We are seeking CSR's to work through the holiday season beginning October through January 2018!
This company provides Customer Service to over 300 retailers (Starbucks, The Home Depot, Nordstrom, etc.)as it pertains to electronic gift cards as well as plastic cards. 80% of the business is electronic gift cards and 20% is plastic.
The holidays are the busiest time of year as gift card (electronic & plastic are a common gift for many)specifically days such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
As a whole the entire CSR team could handle upwards over 3,000 calls per day and respond to 2,000 email inquires. Calls will generally be from consumers inquiring about their card balance, wondering where their electronic gift card is (didn't come through in email), inquiring about how to use the gift card, reporting fraud on their card, cancelling their card, etc.
There are no quotas to meet, providing excellent customer service is what is most important
These positions offer full time and part-time hours. Candidates must be able to be flexible on days which they can work including holidays. Nights and weekends are required. Employees will need to work either Thanksgiving or Christmas day. Business hours during the holidays will be from 7am-1am, 7 days per week.
Schedules will vary weekly so not everyone has to work the weekends.
Personality is key, need candidates that can keep their composure and be polite when dealing with customers. prior CSR/Call Center experience is helpful.

Temporary employees will be given a stipend of $40-$50 monthly to use towards parking.
