Seeking a part-time administrative assistant for a state homebuilding association. . This position will work from home but will require limited travel to monthly in-state meetings and visiting member offices.  Responsibilities include answering the phone, managing membership communications, assembling and publishing a weekly electronic newsletter, preparing and receiving monthly membership dues, paying bills and preparing a monthly financial statements. 15-20 hours a week. Hourly rate plus incentive plan.  Aknowledge of ACT, Quickbooks, Microsoft Word and Excel are a plus.
