Mid Coast Parkview Health, a 93 bed Joint Commission certified community hospital system located in Brunswick, ME is seeking a Administrative Manager to join our Addiction Resource office team in our Damariscotta, ME office. Responsible for the office coordination and day-to-day oversight of the busy Addiction Resource/Out Patient Behavioral Health Damariscotta office the manager ensures that the mission of Mid Coast-Parkview is is successful by providing primary office coordination and daily patient reception and interaction.

Working closely with medical providers, departmental colleagues, Administration and clinical leadership, as well as allied departments in a highly cooperative and collaborative environment is critical for this position.
This position is based in our Damariscotta office location.
Direct responsibility for the day-to-day office reception and administrative tasks including client intake, screening, and registration as well as other related documentation and administrative functions.
Provides primary office oversight of both office work flow and day-to-day planning and client/patient interactions.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Business/Managerial training or certification highly desired.
- Minimum of Five (5) years previous experience in office/administrative work, preferably in a medical/healthcare setting.
- Proficiancy with MS Office suite of products.
