This position will serve as Foundation administrative support, with specific duties related to the support of the Vice President of Development. The administrative assistant will coordinate meetings, help manage schedules, draft correspondence, and organize administrative needs related to monthly board meetings. Support for additional projects as required. The Administrative Assistant accesses sensitive and confidential information and interacts with diverse professionals at all organizational levels.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Experience supporting senior executives and/or in operations and office administration.
