We are a Lewiston based petroleum equipment service and installation company seeking qualified candidates to fill an Administrative Support role. This position will assist the Office Manager and Operations Manager with the day to day office operations in a casual small business environment.
Entering Accounts Payable/Receivable, organizing and filing documents, answering phones, processing service technician work orders.
QuickBooks (or similar accounting software), Microsoft Word and Excel, answering of multi-line phone system.
Candidates with professional phone etiquette, the ability to work independently, and a strong emphasis on organization will be given serious consideration for this position.
Candidates with experience in a construction or equipment service company are preferred
A minimum of 2 years in an office setting is required, High School Education or equivalent. Reliable transportation is required.
