Fast growing firm seeking a construction professional with commercial construction experience, and the desire to be part of a team contributing to the success of our fast paced business.

Successful candidate has universal, collaborative, positive problem solving attitude at all times and will be responsible for:
Assisting with the permit process.
Reporting to Division Manager or Project Executive.
Direct oversight and delivery of construction projects ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed to protect the assets of the company and meet the needs of the clients.
Ensuring that the administration of projects under your control is effective, efficient, and accurate. This includes, but is not limited to:
Project development and nurturing with the design team, from concept through construction documents, including but not limited to, constructibility reviews, assisting in developing budgetary estimates, procuring subs and materials, and development and execution of construction contract with the client.
Project setup - if a Foreman/Lead Carpenter is assigned, work with him/her on schedule development, issuing complete subcontractor purchase orders based on agreed upon scopes of work
Working with Foreman/Lead Carpenter (if assigned) on management of job site operations, reviewing project invoices to executed PO's, scheduling, in-house labor and subcontractor coordination, site safety and cleanliness, quality control from excavation to punch out with focus on customer satisfaction, speed and accuracy (conformance to plans, specs, and contracts)
Manage information flow on and off site, ensure Foreman/Lead Carpenter and project team are working with current information and clarify any question with architect and client
Management of warranty program related to your projects, ensuring customers needs are met
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial construction.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and effectively manage time without constant oversight.
Professional appearance and friendly personality.
Strong project history, work and personal references.
Residency within a reasonable commute of greater Portland preferred.
Background, reference check, and a clean driving record are required.
