FULL TIME CRISIS WORKERS We are looking for motivated professionals to join our growing crisis team to provide mobile crisis services to children and adults in Kennebec and Somerset Counties. Crisis Workers are mental health emergency responders, who provide support and intervention to adults and children experiencing a crisis event. Workers are trained to provide risk-assessment and intervention for clients in locations including, but not limited to, the client's home, correctional facilities, school and other community services sites, and Emergency Departments. Workers must qualify to be credentialed at a MHRT CSP level (must have a minimum of an associates degree and be able to successfully complete an 8 week training which is a combination of class time and job shadowing/hands on experience). Currently offering $2,000 sign on incentive for successful hires. Paid half at six months of full time employment in good standing. The remainder will be paid at twelve months of employment of good standing.
Must hold a valid drivers license in good standing and pass background checks.

Minimum of one of the following requirements: 1) Bachelor's degree in a social services related field and one year of relevant experience. 2) Associates degree in a social services related field with three years of relevant experience.
