Client Service Supervisor – Lewiston
This Client Service Supervisor opening is for an experienced banking professional interested in working with consumer, private banking and small business clients while overseeing day to day branch operations.
Join us in Lewiston to ensure the efficient and compliant operations of our branch. The Client Service Supervisor is responsible for modeling a high standard for sales and service to both internal and external clients. Work with our great staff - coaching, developing and holding them accountable for achieving sales and service goals.
The CSS has oversight of security, audit and safety policies, and following branch operational standards including proving the vault, drawer management and account opening & maintenance. In addition to working directly with clients to open business and personal deposit accounts, the CSS will also obtain and maintain a NMLS number and assist clients applying for HELOC and consumer loans.
In addition to these traditional Bank tasks, this CSS will work with our Central Maine Market Manager to actively grow and service our Small Business clients. This is an opportunity to gain leadership experience, leverage your sales and service skills, and help develop Androscoggin Bank’s Small Business portfolio – and service reputation!
Requirements (these are the things we will be looking for in a candidate)
- 1-2+ years of experience as a bank Senior Client Service Representative or equivalent work experience
- Desire and ability to coach and mentor others.
- Ability to perform detail oriented work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn teller processing software
- Ability to identify customer needs, recommend applicable products/services and close the sale.
This 40 hours per week, full time position includes some Saturday mornings (rotating coverage) until noon.
