The person in this position is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and clinical oversight of the Long Term Care and Memory Care neighborhoods. Additional responsibilities include ensuring that the mission and values of Mount Saint Joseph are present in all aspects of daily work. Position involves a high level of collaborating with the direct care workers and all ancillary departments. Attainment of specific quality, safety and patient care metrics.
There is a sign on bonus of up to $10,000 for this RN position
Valid Maine RN licenses; a minimum of 1-3 years in a medical/surgical or similar clinical setting required. Experience in Long Term and/or Memory care strongly desired. Candidate must have strong clinical and communication skills as well as strong leadership and critical thinking skills. BSN or MSN a plus.
