Commercial Administrative Assistant

To perform the various duties of Administrative Assistant for Patco Construction as assigned by the commercial department and its related entities and act as Company Receptionist.
Duties would include:
Provide administrative support for commercial department billing and change orders, proposals, letters and contracts; maintain separate contact data base for commercial contacts; assist with tracking commercial leads; assist with commercial department advertising (i.e. email blasts) and bulk mail marketing materials; assist with commercial department coordination and maintain the front desk reception and phones.
Proficiency in Word and Excel is required. Knowledge of AIA Billing a plus.
