Description
The Community Rehabilitation Services Worker (CRSW) provides 24/7 direct care service to adults with severe and persistent mental illness and medical issues who reside in the community. Our recovery focused approach offers opportunity for supportive clinical and administrative supervision in a challenging team-oriented work setting. Professional growth is encouraged with MHRT-1 certification trainings provided!

May require evening and weekend hours. There may be an opportunity for increased hours as the census builds. Opportunity for Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialist duties exist, inquire for details.

Enhancing a person's ability to live successfully in the community through service and support.


Requirements
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, enjoy community outings, possess an ability to multitask and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment. MHRT1 Eligibility required. Valid driver's license, computer proficiency, and H.S. diploma/GED required--college education preferred.
