Customer Service Representative
in our Lewiston office.


When you join the Customer Service team at Tri-County Mental Health Services, you will be making a difference in the lives of others! Our customer service representatives work together to not only ensure that the day-to-day operations of our main office run smoothly, but to also to support one another as a team and an agency. Responsibilities of the job include answering the phone, scheduling appointments, greeting and directing our consumers and visitors, but also will also offer new and exciting opportunities to learn, grow, and improve the quality of the services we provide. You will utilize our Electronic Health Record, interact with and support our clinicians and providers, and be a part of our caring team of professionals. Requirements
Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and customer service skills, and computer proficiency required. Knowledge and experience with a wide variety of office equipment and programs strongly preferred. Duties require knowledge of reception skills equivalent to completion of high school diploma and one to three years of related experience in health care, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
