We are looking for people who have a desire to provide quality care for others. We will train the right person to become a Direct Support Professional.
Prior experience in working with the intellectually and developmentally disabled population is preferred but not required. While priority will be given to those with experience and/or credentials, all applicants will be considered because MAC Residential Services provides paid professional training courses to employees! Hourly paid classes provided to all employees include CPR/First Aid, MANDT, CRMA, and Direct Support Professional through the College of Direct Support.

18 years of age or older.
Criminal and other background checks to meet requirements.
Valid Driver’s License (clean record over last 3 years).

High School Diploma (or equivalent)
All employees are trained and may be scheduled to work at either of our two homes in Embden and one home in Madison.
