Prior experience in working with the intellectually and developmentally disabled population is preferred but not required. While priority will be given to those with experience and/or credentials, all applicants will be considered because MAC Residential Services provides paid professional training courses to employees! Hourly paid classes provided to all employees include CPR/First Aid, Safety Care, CRMA, and Direct Support Professional through the College of Direct Support.

NO EXPERIENCE OR CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED!!
CRMA, DSP, Safety Care, CPR/First Aid Preferred.
18 years of age or older.
Criminal and other background checks to meet requirements.
Valid Driver’s License (clean record over last 3 years).
Reliable transportation and automobile insurance that meets minimum state requirements.
