Bangor, ME - Outstanding opportunity for a candidate with an excellent attention to detail and looking for job stability! Our client, a busy local law firm, is seeking an Document Control Office Clerk. This position is responsible for copying, filing, opening files, routing information to appropriate files, maintaining client files and closing files. Other tasks may include: deliver documents to outside offices when needed, arrange couriers, typing and provides backup coverage to the receptionist.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
-A high degree of attention to detail, concentration, and personal organization.
-Successfully perform in a fast paced environment.
-Work independently, manage multiple tasks, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
-Accurately assemble files utilizing alphabetical, numerical and chronological filing guidelines.
-Maintain confidentiality of all information at all times.
-Ability to operate office equipment: photocopier, fax, shredder, switchboard console, and postal equipment.
-Possess professional interpersonal skills necessary to communicate and follow instructions from a diverse group of staff.
