Electronics Production Supervisor in South Portland!
Full Time, Temp-to-Hire
Monday-Friday 7:00a-3:30p
Must have flexibility for Over Time as needed
This person will be responsible for supervision of both manufacturing Surface Mount Tech (SMT) operations and Materials Kitting related to SMT manufacturing. Our client is looking for a strong candidate who will be able to:
- Create and manage an ever changing schedule
- Supervise the efforts of both manufacturing and materials for maximum efficiency
- Assure that quality products are produced on time and productively
- Interact with other departments within the organization to achieve the objectives of SMT and of the company
- Perform all the individual functions / tasks in both departments
- Train and mentor employees in both departments
- Be proactive and develop new processes and procedures that will enhance the objectives of quality, on-time delivery and productivity
Our Client is looking to hire a person who will be capable of maturing into the position of Production Manager. Past experience in SMT operations would be a great plus. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
