Events/Marketing Coordinator - PT

Mainebiz is seeking an energetic, team-oriented individual to join its organization as the Sales Administrator/Events Coordinator! This is a part-time position, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week.  This position will support the Mainebiz sales team. Duties include, but are not limited to administrative support for the team, collaboration with multiple external vendors as well as with internal Mainebiz staff, support of marketing strategy & event planning, execution of various event logistics (from concept to completion).  This person needs to be well organized, detailed oriented and have the ability to work in a deadline oriented environment. This person must also be flexible to shifting priorities as the business demands. Candidates must have strong administrative and interpersonal skills, as well as experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Experience in Hootsuite and buffer is a plus.

*The position will be a minimum of 20 hours a week.
