Mid Coast Parkview Health, a 93 bed Joint Commission certified community hospital system located in Brunswick, ME is seeking a Lead Cardiac Sonographer to join our medical diagnostic team.
Responsible for the advanced leadership of the medical/diagnostic imaging services team the Lead Sonographer ensures that the mission of Mid Coast-Parkview is successful by providing working supervison leadership and guidance to down-line colleagues.

The Lead Cardiac Sonographer assists in ensuring that the quality and patient satisfaction goals of the division are achieved. Day-to-day team scheduling, work assignments, and performance management are key components of this position. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in an echo/imaging environment with a minimum of Five (5) years of experience.
Working closely with medical providers, departmental colleagues, Administration and clinical leadership, as well as allied departments in a highly cooperative and collaborative environment is critical for this position.
Professional certification in a national registry specific to Echo/RDCS (ADRMS) is required.

- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in an echo/imaging environment with a minimum of Five (5) years of Cardiac Ultrasound experience.
