Job Summary:

The Office Manager position in Falmouth is looking for a candidate with strong organizational skills, basic accounting experience and familiarity with business management.  As an Office Manager you will be in charge of scheduling and budgeting, assisting team building, generating invoices and a range administrative tasks.  This is a part-time, first shift temp-to-hire position.  If you’re looking to work for a great company with a small office feel, this might be a great opportunity for you!

 

What We Need From You:

  • Highschool Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years experience in an administrative/customer service environment
  • Windows Based Computer skills/data entry and word processing ability
  • Strong communication/telecommunication skills
  • Ability to function independently and professionally
  • Flexible work hours
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
