Crossroads, a highly respected nonprofit addiction and behavioral health treatment provider is seeking a candidate to provide direct support service to clients in our Back Cove Women’s Residential Treatment Program in Portland. Our Forest Avenue program offers co-occurring Addiction treatment to women. The position of Personal Care Coordinator is responsible for implementing agency protocols to maintain a healthy, safe and supportive environment for the clients as well as supporting the clients in the milieu, at mealtimes and on outings. The ideal candidate for this entry level position has a positive attitude, an ability to handle a fast-paced environment and an interest in helping women gain recovery and reach their full potential. Opportunities for growth (certification) exist for the candidate who is interested in learning more about eating disorder and addiction treatment. This is a 16 hour position.
- High school diploma or GED
- valid Maine drivers license with a 3 year clean driving record
- CPR/FA (will be provided upon hire if you do not have)
- Duties may involve contact with residents who may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
