Crossroads, a highly respected nonprofit addiction and behavioral health treatment provider is seeking a candidate to provide direct support service to clients in one of our two Back Cove Women’s Residential Treatment Programs in Portland. Each program is unique in it's offerings to women. Our Forest Avenue program offers co-occurring Addiction treatment to women and our Washington Avenue program offers co-occurring Eating Disorder and Addiction treatment to women. These programs offers a holistic approach to eating disorder and addiction treatment and serves as a premier recovery setting for women from all over the country. The position of Personal Care Coordinator is responsible for implementing agency protocols to maintain a healthy, safe and supportive environment for the clients as well as supporting the clients in the milieu, at mealtimes and on outings. The ideal candidate for this entry level position has a positive attitude, an ability to handle a fast-paced environment and an interest in helping women gain recovery and reach their full potential. Opportunities for growth (certification) exist for the candidate who is interested in learning more about eating disorder and addiction treatment. Candidates with personal or professional experience working with eating disorders are encouraged to apply Part time overnight and evening *positions available. 16 Hours-30 Hour positions available.
- High school diploma or GED
- valid Maine drivers license with a 3 year clean driving record
- CPR/FA (will be provided upon hire if you do not have)
- Duties may involve contact with residents who may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
