Program Clinical Supervisor
Adult and Child Behavioral Health Homes (BHH) team in Lewiston.
As a Program Clinical Supervisor at Tri-County Mental Health Services you will be encouraged to utilize your clinical skills in the following ways:
Clinical Supervision – encourage the professional growth of staff and ensure delivery of quality services to our consumers.
Program Development – use your ideas and expertise for continued growth and innovation in the programming we offer.
Health Promotion and Advocacy – encourage and promote whole health and wellness for staff and population served.
Community Involvement – utilize your strengths in becoming a community liaison between TCMHS and other agencies/resources.
The Behavioral Health Homes model is a team approach to integrating care across all aspects of physical and mental health. Behavioral Health Home teams are comprised of Nurse Care Managers, Psychiatric providers, Health Home Coordinators and Peer Support Specialists who support the success of our consumers in leading a self-directed life and reaching their full potential.

A Master's degree and Maine clinical licensure (LCSW, LMSW-cc , LCPC, LMFT or APRN-CNS), computer proficiency and valid driver's license are required. Independent Licensure with three (3) years post licensure experience preferred. TCMHS encourages dual clinical licensure to include CADC or LADC licensure. Familiarity with a recovery-based, trauma-sensitive treatment approach preferred.
