Description:

Spurwink Services is looking for a 40-hour per week LCSW /LCPC to join our York County supervisory team. This individual will provide supervision and oversight to our Children's Behavioral Health Home Team, and will be located at Spurwink's Biddeford office. Experience with children's Behavioral Health Homes, Children's Outpatient and Home Community Treatment preferred.

$2000 Sign on bonus! 

 

Many positions include sign on bonuses that are available to full-time newly hired staff.  The first half of the sign on bonus ($1000) will be paid after 90 days of full-time employment and the second half of the sign on bonus ($1000) will be paid after six months of full time employment.  If a new hire changes status to either part-time or per diem status during any of that timeframe, they will forfeit the sign on bonus that is yet to be paid.

Duties:

Direct administrative and supervisory oversight of our Children's Behavioral Health Home (BHH) including but not limited to hiring, training and ongoing weekly clinical supervisions for our team of care coordinators, as well as preparing for and facilitating monthly staff meetings for our BHH program. The BHH Program Supervisor will be soundly familiar with a variety of clinical practice models in targeted case management, behavioral health homes, family therapy, counseling services, and a variety of behavioral approaches used in both outpatient and community-based treatments. This person is active in community partnerships and is highly collaborative with members of communities throughout York County.

Qualifications:

This individual will need to be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or LCPC in the state of Maine. The ideal candidate will have experience providing services to children and families. Supervisory experience preferred. This individual needs to be highly organized and an effective communicator and leader. This individual is innovative and creative and invested in exemplary services to children and families.
