RECREATION CLERK (PT)
The City of Augusta is seeking a personable, self-motivated individual to provide administrative support to the Recreation and Childcare Bureaus located at the Buker Community Center. Primary responsibilities include greeting and assisting the public with program registrations, collecting and receipting funds, answering incoming calls, and performing various clerical duties. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, will have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Solid experience working with website administration is essential.
A high school diploma / GED and a minimum of two years of clerical experience involving work with the public are required.
The Recreation Clerk position is 28 hours per week, Monday through Friday, days. Rate of pay is Range 12 - $14.67 to $18.25 per hour. This part-time position is eligible for pro-rated sick, vacation and holiday benefits.
