Residential Services Workers
in our Rumford Community Housing Program
As a Residential Services Worker, you will provide direct service in our 24/7 residential program serving adults living with severe and persistent mental illness and medical issues. You will assist people to enhance their success in the community, while emphasizing individualized programming and supports.
Current RSW shifts available:
*38 Hour - Th-Sa 17p-7a + staff meeting.
*30 Hour - F 11a-6p, Sa 8a-8p, Su 7a-4p + staff meeting.
* Relief (less than 20 hr/wk)
Our recovery focused environment offers opportunity for supportive clinical and administrative supervision in a challenging team oriented work setting. Professional growth is encouraged - MHRT-1 certification training provided! Enhancing a person's ability to live successfully in the community through service and support.
**Stipend available for Overnight Shifts - Inquire for Details**
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, enjoy community outings, possess an ability to multitask and make critical decisions in a fast paced environment. Valid driver's license, computer proficiency, and H.S. diploma/GED required--college education preferred.
