Description
Assisting people to enhance their success in the community, while emphasizing individualized programming and supports.
As a Residential Services Worker you will provide direct service in our 24/7 residential programs serving adults living with severe and persistent mental illness and medical issues. Our recovery focused environment offers opportunities for supportive clinical and administrative supervision in a challenging team oriented work setting.

Lewiston:
* Part-Time 34hr - Su-Tu 12am-6am, Wed 4pm-6am + Staff Meeting
* Relief (less than 20hr/wk)

Lisbon:
* Full Time (40 hr/wk) - Su-W 3pm-12:30a + staff meeting.
* Part-time (38 hr/wk - with benefits!)  - Su-Tu 6p-6am +staff meeting.
* Part-time (17.5 hr/wk) - W 12:30a-6a, F, Sa 12:30a-5a + staff meeting.
* Relief (les than 20 hr/wk)

Sabattus:
* Part-Time (32hr/wk) - Second Shift + staff meeting
* Part-Time (26 hr/wk) - First Shift, Weekend + staff meeting
* Relief (less than 20 hr/wk)

Deer Run: Deer Run - A short-stay transitional community housing program is part of our Crisis Services Program.

*Part-time(37.75 hr/wk with benefits!) - W 7:45p-8a, F, Sa 6:45p-7a + staff meeting.
*Part-time (36.75 hr/wk with benefits!) - Sunday 6:45PM-7A Thursday 6:45PM-7AM, Saturday 7:45AM-8PM.
*Relief (less than 20 hr/wk)

Professional growth is encouraged - MHRT-1 certification training provided!

Requirements
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, enjoy community outings, possess an ability to multi-task and make critical decisions in a fast paced environment.
Valid driver's license, computer proficiency, and H.S. diploma/GED required--college education preferred.
