Spectrum Medical Group is seeking a System Administrator I to support on premise and cloud services to a variety of front office user technologies such as MS Windows based applications, computers, printers, scanners and phones. Primarily a Microsoft Windows based user environment with Intel hardware. Responsible for proactively managing user tickets and requests, such as office/cube relocation; conference setup, including audio and video conference assistance; PC, phone and printer setup/take down, etc.
Manages application interfaces between front and back office technologies, such as Outlook to Exchange; web applications to web front ends; web browser troubleshooting, etc. Experienced with MS Active Directory sufficient to create, edit, delete and manage users, creates email accounts, edits and manages distribution lists within MS Exchange.
We are looking for some with: A minimum of 2 – 3 years in a computer end user support role preferably in a healthcare or professional services office environment such as a law or accounting firm or medical services practice Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems Windows 7+ Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010+ applications Expert knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals Experience with MS Enterprise Cloud Suite Experience configuring and troubleshooting TCP/IP Intermediate knowledge of networks and client/server technology Manages end to end IT user portion of onboarding/off-boarding Motivated and accountable with excellent communication skills Expert time management skills Motivated team player with a customer service provider attitude Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new technologies and skills
