The Community Integration Worker (CIW) provides an array of services to support adults, such as adult management, service coordination and referral, and supportive counseling. The services are delivered in a variety of home, office, community-based, depending on the client’s needs, including the Behavioral Health Home model.

Requirements
Must have a valid Maine driver's license and reliable transportation. Secondary education in a human service field is preferred, have or be eligible for a provisional Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician/Community (MHRT/C), and be able to obtain a full MHRT/C within two years from time of hire. This position requires a minimum of one year of relevant work, volunteer, or internship experience with adults, children, and families.
