The Maintenance Worker will be able to perform general duties and routine maintenance tasks. Must have general knowledge of hand tools and power equipment, advanced skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and heating equipment and be able to read blueprints. On call rotation is required. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.

Requirements
This position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Maine driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Also must have a minimum of one year experience.
