This position will administer the Bridging Rental Assistance Program (BRAP) and Shelter Plus Care (SPC) Program Housing Quality Standard Inspections for Aroostook, Hancock, Penobscot, Piscataquis, and Washington Counties. Must be able to work well with clients with mental health diagnoses. This role may include being able to communicate and collaborate with local landlords as well as members of the team. Must have experience using Outlook, Excel and Word, have some comfort with database updates, monthly reports and billing as well as drafting letters. Candidate will complete move-in and move-out inspections, as well as annual inspections and process security deposit claims. This position will need to be able to maneuver steep steps and small areas.

Requirements

Must possess a valid Maine driver’s license, have reliable transportation and be able to travel to outlying areas in Aroostook, Hancock, Penobscot, Piscataquis, and Washington Counties. Must have the Housing Quality Standards certification (CHCS will provide training). Experience with behavioral health preferred.
