Caledonia Home Health & Hospice, a division of Northern Counties Health Care is seeking passionate and motivated RNs to join their team through their Nurse Residency Program. This exciting PAID nurse residency program will provide enhanced support, training, and resources to help you build your career with confidence. The successful candidates will be offered one-on-one clinical experiences with a nurse preceptor, weekly review and goal setting, monthly full-day training sessions, and much more in the areas of support and training. This opportunity is offered as a full-time position that will allow you to transition to a strong member of the team providing a full range of professional nursing services to clients of all ages including admission, evaluation, and care plan development. Working with a team of home care professionals and paraprofessionals, our nurses strive to achieve the highest level of coordinated care for clients served in Caledonia and southern Essex counties. Candidates must have a current Vermont RN license at the time of start.
